If you have not sent in your High Holy Seats request as
of yet,
the seats will be released by:
August 18, 2010
You must return your Seat Request with your
Completed Pledge Form in order to be assigned seats.
Tickets are scheduled to be mailed by August 25, 2010.

Order Your Etrog &
Lulav for Sukkot 5771
It’s that time
again…time to order your Etrog & Lulav. Once again, the
cost this year will be the same as in the past, $45.
ALL ORDERS MUST BE PREPAID. The deadline for
ordering is August 20, 2010. Include your name and
phone number on the order and mark to the attention of
the Rabbi’s Office.
Shofar Corps—We are in need Participants
If you would like to participate in this
year’s Shofar Corps during the High Holy Days, please
contact the Rabbi’s Office at 704-362-2796. Rehearsals
will be held on August 15 at 10:00am and August 24 at
7:45pm.
Men’s Club Meeting August 1, 2010
Open Men's Club meeting to be held on
Sunday, August 1 at 10:00am at the Temple Israel
Religious School building. We will meet new principal
Denise Abadi and discuss ways that the Men's Club and
TIRS can work together this year. We will also talk
about upcoming Men's Club programs and activities like
our Sukkah building and Schach Harvest, Father-Daughter
Hannukah Dance, Sports Night, and more. Please come to
